The Portsmouth Association of Yacht Security provides a comprehensive list of services for all visiting boat cruisers. From security and clearance services to arranging tours and entertainment - we support our yachters. Proceeds go toward charitable causes and upkeep of PAYS.

PAYS Location, Mooring, & Shuttle Service
PAYS is located at Prince Rupert's Bay, Portsmouth, Dominica
We offer a new 100 foot jetty with a 20 foot side step for ease of access by cruisers.
Moorings are available at: 15.58318 degrees North and 61.46216 degrees West.
PAYS Security Boat
The PAYS Security Boat is used for 24h security patrol. It is also used to meet and greet, assist in tying up on a mooring, and as a shuttle shore to ship.
We strongly recommend the following:
Clothing
- Lightweight, casual clothing is the best throughout the year.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes and/or hiking boots.
- Shoes are most likely to get muddy/soiled so take away shoes that repel water and cleans easily.
Hikes & Tours
- Terrains can be slippery. Hiking boots are recommend. Sandals and flip flops are not suitable.
- Hikes and Tours (except Indian River Tour) do cover slippery and muddy terrains and should be undertaken by these who are reasonably agile and fit.
- Take camera in waterproof bag.
