PAYS offers yacht security services and a range of marine services to include clearances and moorings.  We can also arrange tours and taxis through our certified member tour guides.  Additional services include provisioning, fuel, and laundry.  Click here to view our full list of services.

The PAYS Moorings are located in Prince Rupert's Bay, Portsmouth, Dominica at coordinates:  15.58318 degrees North and 61.46216 degrees West.  Contact us for mooring.

Our fun-filled Beach BBQs are held every Wednesday and Sunday evening from 7PM.  Contact us here for tickets or purchase one from selected PAYS officers.  We are also happy to organize a Beach BBQ for your private group.  All proceeds go toward charitable causes and the upkeep of PAYS.

PAYS offers a complimentary 24h security patrol of yachts moored at Prince Rupert's Bay.  Always take due caution in securing and locking your vessel, but rest assured that the PAYS patrol is on duty. Contact us here should you have any questions or concerns.
